Shipping Policy

Order processing

Orders are normally processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays will be processed on the next business day. Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping destinations

We currently ship only to valid addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Delivery estimates

Standard shipping: 3-7 business days after dispatch.
Expedited shipping, when offered at checkout: 2-4 business days after dispatch.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Shipping charges and taxes

Available shipping methods and their exact charges are displayed at checkout before payment. Charges may vary according to the delivery address, selected shipping method, and order value. Applicable taxes are also displayed before the order is submitted.

Order confirmation and tracking

After an order is placed, we send an order confirmation to the email address supplied at checkout. When the order ships, we send a shipping confirmation containing the tracking information, when tracking is available.

Address changes

Contact support@touchlandor.shop as soon as possible if the shipping address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has shipped. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Lost, damaged, or incorrect orders

If an order is lost in transit or arrives damaged or incorrect, email support@touchlandor.shop within 7 days of the recorded delivery date. Include the order number and, for damaged or incorrect items, clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the claim and provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or other resolution.
